We are pleased to present Volume 1, Issue 2 of the International Journal of Mathematics Teaching and Interdisciplinary Practices. The eight studies in this issue address current topics including artificial intelligence, dynamic geometry, digital and narrative-based games, mathematical reasoning, problem posing, multiple representations, and school-based learning environments.

The articles examine the quality of GeoGebra activities, students’ attitudes toward artificial intelligence, the contribution of games to engagement and problem solving, preservice teachers’ use of ChatGPT in activity design, and ways of connecting mathematics with everyday life. We hope these studies will contribute to mathematics education research and classroom practice.

We sincerely thank the authors for their valuable contributions and the reviewers for their rigorous and constructive evaluations.
