  • Suitable manuscripts proceed to double-blind peer review.
  • The work must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The submission language is English.

IJMTIP does not charge submission, review, processing, or publication fees.

Before You Begin

Before beginning your submission, please ensure that your manuscript is consistent with the aims and scope of IJMTIP and complies with the academic, ethical, and formatting requirements specified in the Author Guidelines. IJMTIP accepts manuscripts written in either Turkish or English. Submissions that successfully pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process.

To complete the submission process accurately and efficiently, please prepare the Title Page and the Anonymous Manuscript as separate files. The anonymous manuscript must not contain any information that could reveal the identity of the authors. Before starting your submission, please also have the current institutional affiliations, e-mail addresses, and ORCID iDs of all authors available, together with any required ethics approval, funding information, conflict of interest declaration, and author contribution statement.

Before proceeding with your submission, we recommend using the checklist below to conduct a final review of your manuscript files and submission information.

Upload Files

Required files

  • Title Page: Manuscript title, full author names and order, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID identifiers, and corresponding-author information.
  • Anonymous Full Text: Title, abstract, keywords, and the complete manuscript without author-identifying information.

Other files

Ethics approval, supplementary material, datasets, source files, or other journal-defined file types may be uploaded when applicable. Accepted file types and size limits are shown in each upload field.

When a revision is requested, the system separately requires the files for that stage, such as the revised anonymous manuscript and the Point-to-Point Response PDF.

Authors and Contributors

Enter author information exactly as it should appear in publication and in the correct order.

  • Full name
  • Academic title, if applicable
  • Affiliation/unit and country
  • Valid email address
  • ORCID
  • Corresponding-author information

Author order should be approved by all authors before submission. Significant later changes to authorship or order may require editorial review.

Author contributions should be stated clearly in the relevant section of the manuscript.

  • Keywords: 4–6 terms representing the main concepts of the study.
  • Article category: Select Research Article, Review Article, or another category configured by the journal as appropriate.

Notes and Declarations

Provide the declarations needed to support editorial assessment.

  • Note to the editor: Brief information relevant to editorial handling that does not belong in the anonymous manuscript.
  • Ethics statement: Committee name, approval number, and date; or an explanation when ethics approval is not applicable.
  • Funding: Funding agency/project information or a statement that no funding was received.
  • Conflict of interest: Declare relevant conflicts or state that none exist.

Private notes to the editor are not automatically shared with reviewers or displayed on the public article page.

Review and Submit

Before final confirmation, review all information and generated previews in the system.

  • Title, abstract, keywords, and author information are correct.
  • All required files have been uploaded under the correct file type.
  • The author-identifying PDF/title-page preview is correct.
  • The anonymous reviewer PDF contains no identifying information.
  • Ethics, funding, conflict-of-interest, and other required declarations are complete.

A draft is not released to the editorial workflow until the author gives final confirmation. After final submission, later changes should be made through an editor-requested revision or correction process.
